Field engineering supports the drive, motor and energy equipment we engineer and supply: site assessment, installation supervision, commissioning, troubleshooting and continuing technical support — planned around the access, power and safety conditions of the actual site.
We perform technical work directly and coordinate specialized services through qualified contractors, carriers and equipment providers. Which is which is agreed in writing before mobilization — not assumed on site.

Technical supervision and installation support for drives, electrical equipment and mechanical assemblies — setting out the installation requirement and verifying it is met.

What determines how field work is planned
Remote work is governed less by the task than by the conditions around it. These are established before a scope is confirmed.

What power is available for the work itself, and what has to be brought in, connected and later removed.
Communications
Site connectivity available to field personnel, and what it means for remote support and data transfer.
Equipment staging
Laydown, receiving, lifting capability and storage conditions for equipment held at site before installation.
Workforce coordination
Rotations, accommodation and camp availability, site inductions and the interface with the site's own crews and contractors.
Environmental and safety requirements
Seasonal and environmental conditions at the site, plus the site's own contractor prequalification, permitting and safety requirements.

How a field-services engagement begins
A representative sequence. Stages are confirmed per project — some run in parallel, and not every engagement requires all of them.

Field requirement
You describe the site, the equipment involved and what has to be achieved — including the schedule and access window.

Technical review
We review the requirement against the equipment, site conditions and documentation available, and identify what still has to be established.

Scope definition
The work is written down: activities, who performs each part, personnel, duration, and the interfaces with the site and its contractors.
- STEP 04
Planning and prequalification
Site access, contractor prequalification, documentation and safety requirements are worked through before mobilization is confirmed.
- STEP 05
Mobilization
Personnel, equipment and materials are sequenced to site with the logistics providers appropriate to the access route.
- STEP 06
Execution
Installation, commissioning or corrective work is carried out and supervised against the agreed scope and the equipment procedures.

Handover and documentation
Results, settings, outstanding items and recommendations are documented and handed to the site or project team.

Remote technical support after the visit, and planning of any subsequent scheduled or corrective intervention.
