A Canada-based industrial drive and energy engineering company
MotiraTech Industrial Solutions Inc. is based in Richmond, British Columbia, and supports heavy industry and remote operations through three business areas: PMDD direct-drive systems, battery energy storage, and remote & field services.
Engineering-led, application-first
MotiraTech works with industrial operators, engineering firms and EPC/EPCM companies on practical, field-oriented industrial solutions. Our work is structured around real operating conditions: the duty cycle, the site's maintenance reality, and the logistics of getting equipment and expertise to where the work is.

Three business areas, one engineering standard
Every engagement follows the same discipline: assess the application from site data, engineer the arrangement, define the scope boundaries clearly, and support delivery through commissioning and field support.
PMDD drive systems
Permanent magnet direct drive engineering for conveyor and continuous-duty heavy-industrial applications — assessment, integration, retrofit and new-build coordination, commissioning and technical support.
PMDD solutionsBattery energy storage
Engineering-led BESS configuration, integration and delivery for industrial and commercial applications — from commercial & industrial systems to hybrid and remote power arrangements.
BESS solutionsRemote & field services
Field support and remote-project coordination for mining, exploration, energy, infrastructure and heavy-industrial operations — mobilization, logistics coordination, installation, commissioning and field-service coordination.
Remote & field servicesProfessional conduct and responsible development
Long-term industrial development depends on professionalism, operational responsibility and sustainable working relationships. MotiraTech is committed to conducting business with integrity, maintaining anti-corruption and ethical business practices, and supporting transparent and responsible industrial cooperation across projects and partnerships.
Community and stakeholder engagement
MotiraTech recognizes the importance of respectful engagement with Indigenous communities and local stakeholders in Canada, and supports responsible industrial development through communication, cooperation and long-term relationship building with communities connected to the regions where industrial and resource projects operate.
Direct vs. coordinated scope — stated plainly
MotiraTech directly scopes, manages, supervises, documents and technically supports work within its own operating scope. Activities executed by qualified contractors, licensed trades, OEMs, logistics providers or equipment operators are coordinated by MotiraTech and identified as such. MotiraTech does not own or operate aircraft, trucking fleets, camps, heavy equipment fleets or satellite networks, and does not perform licensed trade work in its own name.
